The Power of Three Return or Exchange Policy

We, at The Power of Three (T.P.O.T) understands that not everyone may be satisfied with their initial purchase. Therefore, if a client feels unsatisfied with their product they may be entitled to a return or exchange.

Please remember 70% of our store is locally made art and might not take normal wear and tear as other products.

Please remember that we have already paid out the artist or the supplier if your purchase was after 30 days and it makes for a super messy and complicated return.

We at T.P.O.T try to find the best locally crafted treasures we can and are offering 90% North American-made products, and this needs to also come with compassion from the client.

There is no refund or exchange on second hand items. All of these items are a final sale.

Please keep in mind, The Power of Three (T.P.O.T), has the right to refuse service to anyone.

The following terms and conditions apply for a refund:

- Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase . Regardless if it was in storage, or when you gifted it to the person.
-Proof of Purchase is required for ALL returns; either in the form of a receipt, the name of the person, or the date of purchase.
-The item has not been used, worn, damaged (unless the item is broken) or otherwise. Damaged items MUST be returned to the store within 30 days.
 The Following terms and conditions apply for an exchange or use of store credit ONLY.
-The item is broken or faulty between 30 days of purchase.
-Proof of Purchase is required, either by sales date, receipt, account history or otherwise.

The Power of Three, institutes our policy on the behalf and the protection of the guest, staff and product. We, at T.P.O.T. understand that not everyone will be satisfied with their purchase and we wish to maintain excellent customer satisfaction as well as, having compassion for others needs.

Refund Policy on Services or Treatments


The Power of Three (T.P.O.T), has the right to refuse service to anyone.

We, at T.P.O.T, understand that not everyone may be satisfied with their desired outcome of treatments or services. Therefore, if a client feels unsatisfied with their service or treatment they may be entitled to a partial or, other form, of refund or credit.

Furthermore, the client may need to take into consideration that all future bookings will be cancelled once a refund has commenced.

The Power of Three, institutes our policy on the behalf and the protection of the client and practitioner/stylist. We, at T.P.O.T. understand that not everyone is a right fit and we wish to maintain excellent customer satisfaction as well as, having compassion for others needs.

Please be mindful when asking for a refund from a service that has already been performed, as it hurts small business and also eliminates us having you as a future client. Refunding services is not a sustainable business model.

If a deposit is requested back there will be a $25.00 administration fee and the client will need to pay their service in-full to be able to receive a booking.

No one is entitled to a refund on a service if not notifying the front desk after 72 hours after the appointment was received.

The following terms and conditions apply of approval for the refund:

-  The service was deemed unsatisfactory with the final result.
-  Colour or texture of polish is deemed unsatisfactory (within 1 week).
-  Client has remained professional and courteous in the communication in the decision of a refund.
-  The refund, partial or otherwise, will be sent to the customer by e-transfer within a 24-hour period of conclusion.
-  T.P.O.T. may not issue a refund, partial or otherwise for the time consumed by practitioner or stylist.
-  Client having an allergic reaction to any of the services rendered (ie. dread-locks will not be refunded as the stylist time was still used).
